I am passionate about helping people learn, grow, and define and reach their goals. In successful organizations the people come first: they are empowered, creative, learning, challenging, and having fun. Creating a learning culture that is open and collaborative enables success for employees, customers, and companies.

In the software industry I work as a coach, mentor, trainer, facilitator, test manager, enabler, collaborative process designer, and continuous learner.

• Managed and coached on testing in small and large organizations for programs in wireless, media, embedded, telematics, web, billing, and speech technologies.
• Focused on mentoring and transforming teams to be successful within their environments.
• Collaborate to develop customized solutions to project and organizational challenges.  Do so by blending techniques from software testing, project management, process improvement, soft-skills and life experiences.
• Passionate about creating empowered and collaborative organizations, by way of individualized coaching, and creating interactive training experiences.
• Experienced Test/QA Manager, Test Lead, Program/Project Test Manager
• Currently the head ScrumMaster for Intelligent Mechatronic Systems.
• 2007-2008-2009 Chair/President for the Kitchener-Waterloo Software Quality Association.
• Co-Creator of the Waterloo Workshops on Software Testing.

I also work in the health & wellness industry as a fitness trainer, continuous learner, enabler, fitness educator, nutrition guide, and life balance & fun enhancer.
