I am a software testing consultant and Agile coach with more than 10 years of experience testing, managing, and coaching software testing and agile practices for leading-edge technologies. I facilitate the evolution of good teams and organizations into great ones using individualized and team-based coaching and interactive training experiences. I believe there are no ‘best practices’ but an ‘appropriate solution’ for each situation.
I am co-founder and host for the Waterloo Workshops on Software Testing, Board Member for the Association for Software Testing, past chair for the Kitchener-Waterloo Software Quality Association (KWSQA), and an active speaker and participant in numerous industry-related conferences.
